Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

T4tees believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been initiated for shipment.
Return can be made if the customer send requests within 2 days of receiving the good and establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however be entertained once the customer support team team has verified the complain. An open the box video must be sent along with the request.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your
complaint will take an appropriate decision. The customer needs to send back the product in original condition with tags (if any) intact. Upon receiving the product in original condition the customer support team will initiate the refund. This may take 10 to 15 days after receiving the product. T4tees will refund the amount along with the parcel cost (if pick up is not arranged by T4tees) on production of valid computerized invoice. If it is found the product is not in original condition or damaged or has been used no refund will be issued.
In case of any Refunds approved by the team T4tees will take 10-15 days for the refund to be processed to the customer.
